Oats, Apple & Cinnamon

This is the power breakfast for those big workout days in your week, when you feel you need a little more than just fruit and nuts and don't fancy an omelette. Make this your choice for the day.spelt and grated appleYou will need:1/2 cup Porridge plus oats and water or non-dairy milk to cook them in1 Apple (Granny  Smith works well)Cinnamon to tastePinch Sesame seedsHoney/ Agave to tasteCook the oats to your liking using water, soya/almond milk etc. Grate the apple and serve together with a sprinkle of cinnamon and drizzle of honey/agave to taste. Add a pinch of sesame seeds for a bit more crunch. You can also add a tablespoon of natural or soya yoghurt here if you wish.
