Quinoa with Fruit and Roasted Nuts
This is a lovely, simple grain-free breakfast dish.You will need:1/2 cup Quinoa1/2 cup fresh Fruit of your choiceHandful of nutssqueeze of fresh lemon or Lime juicesqueeze of Honey or agaveCook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet. Place the nuts in a dry frying pan and heat gently until they start to brown. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.Then simply add all the ingredients together and finish with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice. Enjoy!
