My name is Colette Pienaar, I am the creator of The GODDESS Academy, a place where highly motivated women meet, share ideas, grow, feel heard and supported.
Life throws us challenges, but we keep moving forward because time waits for no one. I firmly believe that our choices shape our lives, and by focusing on what we can control, we pave the way for transformation. With a step-by-step holistic approach, we can achieve the healthy, happy midlife we've always dreamed of.
My life philosophy is centred on the principle of creating wealth and wellness in all areas of life, this begins with celebrating how resilient we are and building that strength. We do this by getting clear on our goals, learning to nourish the body, prioritising movement and recovering sufficiently. We control the controllables and the rest takes care of itself.
I have a deep understanding that wellness is not just about having a fit body but encompasses every aspect of our lives, I know firsthand what it takes to reclaim control over your life at a time of immense challenge and change at midlife.
I believe that it is in the midst of this perfect storm that we have a unique opportunity to reinvent ourselves because let’s face it, the person you were yesterday is not the person you are today and tomorrow you will have changed again .. we grow, we evolve and our priorities change.
At this time of life, we have the capacity to create the future we dream of and it all begins with you. Getting clear on where you are, where you want to be, and together we design a plan that will get you there, step-by-step. By achieving harmony in these areas we unlock the door to a life of true Wealth and Wellness.
Having successfully navigated my own midlife evolution, I can support you in taking the action required to improve health and wellness in a simple and achievable way.
Working with motivated women who are experiencing big shifts and changes in their lives that are pushing them to take action is the thing that gets me up in the morning. In just a few months seeing them change and evolve, get stronger and more resilient is an incredible privilege. They find balance, manage their stress and feel like themselves again.
This is very achievable but takes consistency and commitment, to have more focus and energy so they deliver in life, better in health and wellness, better in relationships, better in business, creating the Best Version of themselves.

Taking care of NUTRITION is the key to achieving results. Stepping off the scales, eating mindfully and ultimately taking control of health and wellness. This underpins everything we do and sets us up to THRIVE!

Training at the right intensity and volume are the two most important factors to consider, we use resistance training, flexibility, mobility and cardio to achieve this. Become more resilient with a strong body and mind.

Our lifestyle factors play a massive part in how well we cope with the symptoms of peri-menopause, getting enough sleep, recovering well and managing stress all contribute to a body that functions and copes.

The way we view the world and our place in it has a huge impact on how we show up, kindness, gratitude and taking the time to reflect are all key elements of our practice. Calm, steadfast and ready to face the day.
