Decadent Berry & Coconut Protein Smoothie

OMG! Ok so this is a low carb high fat smoothie that will fill you up till lunchtime.I love it!! So had to share the recipe with you.Makes 2 servings.You will need;1 Cup Almond Milk1 Cup Coconut Milk1 Cup Berries, either fresh or frozen1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds2 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder (avail in the shop)Liquid Stevia to taste (optional)Pop the ingredients into a blender, press start & blitz.Simple ! Divine ! Ticks the boxes !
