Grated Apple, Yoghurt, Nuts and Seeds
A refreshing, light breakfast that will still keep you satisfied.You will need:1 AppleHandful of Nuts and seeds of your choiceNatural live yoghurt or soya yoghurtDrizzle of Honey or agavePlace the nuts and seeds in a dry frying pan and heat gently until they start to brown. Remove from the pan and allow to cool. Meanwhile place the yoghurt in a bowl and then grate the apple over the top. Add the nuts and seeds and finish with a drizzle of honey or agave.
