OMG! Is all I can say about this recipe. For those of you who love Baily's on ice but would prefer a non-dairy version, give this a go. It ticks all the boxes for me & is kinder on the planet, the animals on the planet & your body.A big thank you to Mel @shrewdhealth for this one - you are a genius!You will need:1 Tin of Coconut Milk2Tbsp Agave Nectar2Tbsp Chocolate Sauce (I used sweet freedom chocolate shot)2tsp Vanilla Extract3/4 Cup Irish WhiskyBlitz all the ingredients together & pour over ice - Cheers!
