When my hormones started to decline I had a million questions about my health and wellness, I felt like I didn’t recognise myself anymore. I was anxious all the time, I was putting on weight despite exercising and eating healthy food, I wasn’t sleeping well and frustratingly was finding that everything that had worked in the past simply didn’t anymore. When I talked about this with my friends I realised that we all had the same questions and while our lives were different and our experience unique there were challenges common to all of us.
So I started to build the FREE ‘Not Just Hormones’ group on Facebook, a community of women who believe that looking after their wellness takes priority, especially as we age. We focus on taking care of 5 Pillars, Nourish, Train, Recover, Reframe and Repeat.
