I’m passionate about helping more women invest in themselves and their future. I want them to feel confident in mind and body, to take charge of their future - providing greater freedom and choice.

When my hormones started to decline I had a million questions about my health and wellness, I felt like I didn’t recognise myself anymore. I was anxious all the time, I was putting on weight despite exercising and eating healthy food, I wasn’t sleeping well and frustratingly was finding that everything that had worked in the past simply didn’t anymore. When I talked about this with my friends I realised that we all had the same questions and while our lives were different and our experience unique there were challenges common to all of us.

So I started to build the FREE ‘Not Just Hormones’ group on Facebook, a community of women who believe that looking after their wellness takes priority, especially as we age. We focus on taking care of 5 Pillars, Nourish, Train, Recover, Reframe and Repeat. You will find more about these and how they can help bring structure to your daily approach and other useful resources in the group that will help you navigate this time of life.
